Samuel is married to Morountodun Okuku, and together they have four children: Maxwell, Alex, Teniola, and Oyindamola.

Early Education and Football Passion
He commenced his education at L.A. Primary School in Erinmope Ekiti and later attended Adventist Comprehensive High School in Otun Ekiti. His exceptional football talent was evident early on, as he became the first and only student to serve as Sports Prefect while still in Junior Secondary School 2 (JSS 2). This unprecedented achievement fueled his aspirations for a professional football career.
Samuel would also at various times work on the family farm, balancing agricultural duties with his passion for football.
Career Path and Entrepreneurial Ventures
In 2008, Samuel moved to Port Harcourt, working as a domestic help. Two years later, he relocated to Ibadan, engaging in the public transportation sector where he worked as a Support/Administrative Staff. His journey also took him to Abeokuta, where he continued in transportation while residing in areas such as Obantoko and Shomorin.
By 2012, Samuel returned to Ibadan with a renewed vision of establishing a football academy. After years of dedication, he founded Tripple 44 Academy in 2017, aiming to nurture young football talents and provide them with opportunities he once yearned for.

Under Samuel’s leadership, Tripple 44 Academy has become a beacon for aspiring footballers. The academy focuses on holistic development, emphasizing both athletic prowess and character building. Notably, the academy produced Ozor Victor Okeke, who signed with Sweden’s IF Elfsborg, marking a significant milestone for both the player and the institution.
Other players and products of the academy who have secured football contracts under his leadership at Tripple 44 are; Abel Ogwuche with Trelleborg, Emmanuel Godwin with Trelleborg and Ifeoluwa Olowoporoku with IFK Goteborg but will only be able to sign a professional contract when he clocks 18 years.

In recognition of his contributions to grassroots football, Samuel was nominated for the prestigious “Grassroots Football Administrator of the Year” award in 2024, organized by Tosmicom Sports Agency.
