In a significant shake-up, Lobi Stars FC’s Board of Directors has relieved Eugene Agagbe of his duties as Chief Coach, effective immediately. This decision follows a comprehensive review of Agagbe’s tenure, marked by a disappointing run of form.
During his stint, Agagbe managed only one win in five matches, falling short of the Board’s expectations.
The Board has swiftly appointed former Super Eagles coach Daniel Amokachi as the club’s new Technical Adviser, effective immediately. Amokachi’s wealth of experience and expertise are expected to revitalize the team’s strategy and on-field performance.
As part of the restructuring, all backroom staff have been relieved of their duties, they are required to reapply for their positions if interested and hand over all club property to the club secretary immediately.
