Last year, the team at the time was known as Fit2live but as part of its structural and rebranding move, the club has now been renamed as PROFOOT FA and again retain the league having won the league with a game to spare, only losing 2 matches out of 18.

Club Proprietor and Technical director, Coach Olanrewaju Olojo-Kosoko stated that at the start of the league when the fixture were released, their strategy was to win the league even before the last game as they expected the last tie to be a tough one which eventually proved so.

He further stated that they consider the league as a developmental program for their players and commend the efforts of the council for coming up with the initiative to engage the youths and give them an opportunity to showcase their ability in a competitive atmosphere. He however stated that going forward, he will seat with relevant partners and stakeholders affiliated with PROFOOT FOOTBALL ACADEMY to decide on the next line of action with respect to the future projections of the club.

On the last day of the league, it was first (PROFOOT) versus second (SAMJASON), the same teams that both finished in the same spot last season. Both teams also produced the top scorer and second top scorer in MUIZ OGUNLADE and Inyegbu ThankGod respectively.
