The home-based Super Eagles, also known as Super Eagles B, will commence their camping preparations for the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) on Monday, January 8.
Although the exact location of the team’s camp is yet to be confirmed, the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) is expected to announce the venue shortly.
In the past, the team has utilized the training facilities of Remo Stars in Ikenne, Ogun State, as their training base.The Super Eagles B qualified for the CHAN 2024 tournament after defeating their arch-rivals, the Black Galaxies of Ghana, 3-1 on aggregate in the qualifying rounds.
This year’s CHAN tournament will be co-hosted by three East African countries: Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda. The competition is exclusively for players who feature in their respective domestic leagues.
